Great pizza and service! Kinda like Papa Johns but so much better. Sauce and crust are not nearly as sweet as PJs and have a better texture. Reheats well too and is good cold. Snappy is my go-to pizza. I just wish they had a better website experience and definitely wish they had an android app!
Love our local Snappy Tomato. Always treated like a friend when I'm there. Always get my order right, except for ONE time. They fixed it by refiring me a pizza and giving me the one they forgot a topping on. Call in a pick-up your order and it'll be ready in 15 minutes, like clockwork.
There is no doubt in my mind that my call to order my son's personal pizza was one of the most confusing they have ever received. I ordered it with green peppers, pepperoni and onions then in the middle of the call I wasn't sure if that was what he wanted on his pizza. After a few moments of talking to myself I told her that I would have to call back after I asked my son again. It was only a few minutes before I called back and I gave his name and said that I needed a cheese personal pizza. I was about 5 minutes away when I placed my order. I was greeted when I walked in the door and before I was done paying they were handing me my son's cheese pizza. Super friendly people. Rather refreshing compared to quite a few of the workers at restaurants these days....

Love the snappy pizza bar buffet thing, they will usually ask what you want and immediately throw one of those in the oven. Great food and very friendly. Ordering, like all chains, depends entirely on the driver, so you might get all the extra cheese on the box, but in those rare instances they have been very happy to rush out a fresh pizza and give a credit.
